My name is Joe DeFranco.
Most of you may know me as the owner of DeFranco’s Gym and trainer to some of the best athletes in the world.
But I’m also a busy husband, father, and former athlete who just had his 4th major operation. This past year [at 46-years-old] I had shoulder surgery to repair a fully torn supraspinatus, infraspinatus, subscapularis, biceps tendon & labrum! 35+ years of heavy lifting and 13 years of football had finally “caught up” to me…
Before the surgery I was warned by doctors: “You’re not a young kid anymore… At 46-years-old there’s no guarantee your body will fully recover from this type of surgery.”
But I refused to let my age and injury history hold me back! The DAY I arrived home from surgery, I began creating the “master plan” that is now known as ReBuilt 2.0!
